we still say Happy New Year and a warm welcome to 2016.

Every New Year comes in with lots of new things: from
resolutions to new hopes for a better year, to great satisfaction from dreams
achieved and hopelessness from dreams fallen flat. But hope (a feeling of
expectation and desire) enshrouds us as we chase our dreams – a vibrant
emergency care system among others.
We will come to you with all the resolutions and plans for
the year 2016 and they are numerous!
